The first weeks of an agency relationship determine whether the partnership produces the results it's capable of. The brands that get the most from working with Glorythm are the ones who go through our onboarding process fully — and understand why each step exists.

Discovery

Before we build anything, we listen. Our discovery process is designed to give us a complete picture of the brand: its history, its positioning, its customer, its competitive landscape, what's been tried before, what worked, and what didn't.

This takes time. It also makes everything that follows faster and more effective. An agency that skips discovery is building on a foundation they haven't seen.

Brand Audit

We audit every touchpoint: the Shopify store, the social channels, the existing ad accounts, the content library, the brand identity documentation. We're looking for what exists that we can build on, what needs to change, and what gaps need to be filled before we can run effectively.

The audit produces a clear picture of what the brand has and what it needs. It also produces the baseline data that makes future results measurable.

Strategy and Alignment

From discovery and audit, we produce a strategic direction: what we'll do, in what order, why, and how we'll measure success. We present this to the client before we execute anything.

This alignment step is where the partnership is really formed. We need to be agreed on the strategy before we move. Changes of direction later are expensive. Agreement at this stage is cheap.

Execution

Once the strategy is agreed, execution begins. The first phase is always about building and testing — not scaling. We establish what works for this specific brand with this specific audience before we put serious budget behind it.
